Collection and Use of Data
Once a booking form has been submitted, data (child’s registration form and booking details) is collected and stored by us securely.
Data that is collected and stored includes name, email address, telephone number and address of the main account holder, information about the attendee e.g. child, including medical information and any other data the parent/guardian/carer shares with us to ensure their time at Mander Hall Academy is enjoyable and safe.
The data collected will be used to organise running Mander Hall Academy i.e. grouping children re age/school year, inform staff of particular medical needs and accessed when emergency contact is required.
Name and email address of main account holder will be used for ongoing information sharing and marketing via email. Mander Hall Academy uses MailChimp as the primary email system. This allows those on the Mander Hall Academy mailing list to unsubscribe via link on the bottom of every email sent. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to be removed from the list at any point.

Data Retention & Security
Hard copies of the child’s information is stored for the duration of the Mander Hall Academy term the child is booked on to, and to be accessed when required e.g. emergency.
Data stored online i.e. MailChimp and Jotform is stored until a child is no longer attending Mander Hall Academy or the main account holder removes data upon request.
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
You may opt out of any marketing emails, and have any data you require removed upon request by emailing email@example.com. We aim to handle any requests within a reasonable period and, in any event, within one calendar month of the original request. You also have a right to request access to the information that we hold about you and your child, and to receive a copy of this information, along with other information which is generally contained in this Privacy Statement. You have the right to request that inaccurate personal data be rectified, or completed if it is incomplete. You have the right to ask us to limit or erase information we hold about you, or to stop using your data in certain circumstances.
